They are related to another collection agency called “Worldwide Recovery, LLC.” In fact, though Premium Asset Services and Worldwide Recovery are two separate corporations, they do seem to share office space and they possibly have common ownership.

I have sued Premium Asset Services before, though I cannot divulge the details of the suit due to client confidentiality concerns. As far as I know, they are not an offshore payday lender scam outfit. They do actually exist and they do seem to buy non-payday loan retail accounts. If they are bothering you, give me a call.
