On August 27, 2013, I tried the case “Cavalry SPV I, LLC v. Andry” in the District Court of Mobile County, Alabama, and won a judgment for the defendant. That lawsuit was brought on an account allegedly owed to CitiFinancial for about $3,000. Now it is gone forever.

Hey, I was reading your article about this company (Cavalry SPV I LLC). I would like to talk to you more about this company. I have been payments on this debt (student loan) and I receive my 2014 1098-E from them. The amount of money it say I payed on my 1098-E is not accurate (actully it is way less than what I really payed). I have document to prove I paid more then what is reported. I am not happy about it. Who do I report this too?
Is somebody in Nevada working on this case? I also got hit today for over $1200.00 via Oregon, there were no legal documents or hearings were set at any point
